DOMESTIC ORDERS

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified. So please verify that you’ve enter the correct address, before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address you can email us at chasingcurlzhaircare@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order has shipped. Note: Once an order has shipped we will not update the address.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 3 business days to process your order, all orders processed after 3 pm CST will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-3 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will process that next 2 business days. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, we may plan to do so in the future.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to Chasing Curlz LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Chasing Curlz LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Chasing Curlz LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Chasing Curlz LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

At Chasing Curlz, we strive for complete satisfaction for our customers and of our products; however, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us by email immediately at chasingcurlzhaircare@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, email address, and photos of damaged items. Only online purchases from www.chasingcurlz.com are accepted for damaged returns.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You should receive credit within 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

CANCELING AN ORDER

Although, we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it – by reaching out to us via email.
