What does High-Five Standard mean?

The phrase High-Five Standard is our methodology that identifies our dedication to avoiding the following 5 chemical, and potentially harmful, ingredients in all of our products: NO parabens, NO sulfates, NO silicones, NO phthalates, and NO artificial dyes.

How do I cancel an order?

Please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at info@chasingcurlz.com to request a cancellation. If the order has not yet been processed, your credit card will not be charged. If the order has been processed, fulfilled, and/ or shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout on all orders. We offer free shipping on purchase of $60 or more.
